A Good Shepherd, Inc. is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization, that transform lives by helping low-income families and individuals in need of obtaining a vehicle. We are a largely self-funded operation dedicated to coordinating the efforts of our partners to collect, repair and deliver cars to people who need them.

Who We Help

A Good Shepherd serves low-income individuals and families in the Montgomery County Maryland and surrounding counties. We welcome partnerships with individuals and organizations in our area.

What we do

A Good Shepherd accepts car donations and puts them into the hands of working families in Maryland. On completion of the sale, the buyer receives their vehicles with a valid Maryland inspection sticker, a one-year AAA-Plus membership, a 90-day warranty on select vehicles, and new car seats for children who need them.
